Finding other members of your own militia running those sites, and then entering them to snatch some of the LP. Or, shoot them.
I had some fun with this today, jumping in on Poetic Stanziel and then pretending to be a Russian. People hate Russians. This generated some delicious tears. I attempted to engage him once, but discovered my not-so-old alt lacked the speed to keep him pointed.
A wild faction bear appears in Stanziel's plex!

We split the LP and he warps away.
I find him again later and jump in. He agresses me with his Hobgoblin II. I easily tank it.
His T2 AB skills beat my T1 AB skills, so I can't keep a point on him. The site finishes, we split the LP again.

I'm not on the forums asking for rules changes tho. Khalia was perfectly within her right to "steal" LP from me ... I was within my right to call her a fuck for doing so.

It figures an asshat like Stanziel would join LNA - those guys are all huge dicks with a massive sense of entitlement when it comes to LP, which is why many corporations in Minmatar FW are planning to declare war.

They are an alliance in Minmatar FW. Some of their members (notably the members of the KA POW POW Inc corp) are very aggressive about defending what's "theirs", to the point of firing on allies without any warning or real cause. For example, instantly firing on anyone that enters a plex that is "theirs", regardless if that person gets anywhere near the capture beacon, whether war targets are about, or any other consideration.
After failure to resolve this a diplomatic way, my alliance is now at war with them until they rectify this friendly-shooting behavior.
