I've recently installed a Sitemeter widget (wow, averaging 175 unique IP visitors a day!) and have been seeing lots of referrals coming from corp and alliance forums that I can't view without a login. If someone in your corp has posted a link to my site and it gave you lulz, posting a shout-out from your crew would really, REALLY make my day. I'm thrilled when other people enjoy reading these things as much as I enjoy making them.
Also, I killed a missionbear last night and another tonight. I'll blog about them at least briefly soon. That makes three missionbear battleships in as many days. How long will I be able to keep this up? Maybe I could start a charity where you could sponsor a Jerk, kind of like the March of Dimes, but for hurting people.
A lot of times I think that soon I'll get to the point where most kills won't be interesting, but so far there's always something new and different in every engagement. I hope you aren't bored yet... I know that I'm not!
Short and to the point: I have resigned my directorship at Suddenly Ninjas and struck out to form a smaller, more mobile, more focused griefing corp, Honorless Internet Jerks.
Right now, I am the only member. Part of the reason for this is that I haven't advertised at all, and part of the reason is that I've made it clear that I won't be hiring any Ninja until December. This is to keep them from acting in a hasty manner, as well as giving me time to get some distance from Ninjas and figure out how exactly I'm going to structure this thing.
I consider myself to have left on excellent terms at a high point in the popularity and effectiveness of the corp. The war with Deadspace Society ended with at least five corps pounding on them until they lost over 40% of their membership. I am and will continue to be a friend of Suddenly Ninjas.
Why did I leave? In part it was because I had bitten off more than I could chew in the corp, and found myself working to ensure that everyone got along and had a good time so much that I missed the part where I was supposed to get along and have a good time. I want to play this game in a way that will "introduce PVP" to as many carebears as possible, and I believe that the best way to do that is to form a tight-knit small (no more than 20) group of dedicated, self-reliant griefers. I'll have more details eventually in the form of a recruitment post.
The other bloggers who post here will continue to post, regardless of their affiliation. They are my friends, and do not have to be corpmates to be able to share those great carebear tears.

This morning I found over 700 spam comments on Khalia's lastest post. Poor guy probably opened his email, saw the number of notifications, and closed it without looking at them.
I installed/configured Akismet and spam-canned all the comments in that post, but apparently that ended up taking out most of the other comments on the site, as well. So I skimmed the 800ish comments and un-spammed the legitimate ones. All should be working correctly now. If you have any trouble with comments not appearing, send me an eve-mail in-game.
I also tweaked what was formerly a single-author template so that the author name will show up.
